Excellent business who get the job done properly the first time. Tire prices are competitive and work is completed on time. Bud is delightful and a joy to talk to. Only issue was with the cost of replacing the air in my tires with nitrogen. Be sure to ask for the price prior to asking for this service to be performed. You may not find it worth the expense. |
Shop Comment Thank you Nicole. Our new tires come with N2 at no additional charge and we also can purge and inflate cars currently without N2 for $50. If top ups or re-inflation are ever needed, it is re-serviced at no additional charge. There are many advantages to it and the facts can be read at getnitrogen.org. Thanks for allowing us to clarify it and we apologize for the miscommunication. We truly appreciate your business. |

brought 4 tires, great price, quick service, straight talk. Great place to bring you car or truck. I will be returning for more service. |

Very good service and value. Gave the best price when I was shopping around for 4 new tires. Did the job on time and I am very happy with the service. |

My front passenger door has been out of alignment since bringing it back from your service. I had front struts installed. I think the lift that was used affected the door alignment. |

Very Accomodating. Very personable. Helped get tires for our truck quickly. We do need additional work done and if some of that work is not covered under warranty we will be back to have you repair it. Thank you and have a very Merry Christmas and Prosperous and Happy New Year!! |

Competent mechanics. Good quality work. Very expensive. Difficult to get a true estimate before work is done. |

Although Mullaney's offers driver pick up and drop off service, which is a definite plus, and has a well maintained shop and friendly staff, I'm not at all satisfied with the quality of the work with which the car goes out of the shop. My car was ready for pick up when it shouldn't have been in that I paid for services that were not fully delivered .. to anyone's standards .. and the car never should have been released. I'm waiting on a call from the shop for parts 'supposedly'ordered for repairs to a couple of erros made, however, I don't think that will ever happen .. not without me calling for a status .. and then it's still even iffy if it will get done. Additionally, I was not given the option of quality of parts I wanted installed. All parts are of highest quality, which is a good thing, but the customer should have the prerogative to choose the cost before parts are ordered and installed. Additionally, the shop doesn't seem to be well organized or in communication between owner and mechanic or vice versa resulting in the lack of all repairs needed on the car getting completed the first time, needing additional return trips. |

Joe, I don't usually write reviews. You ask for feedback so here we go.I gave you as much info that I received by two shops. Your A/C tune up/service fee is what it is. Example: A vehicle comes into your shop for a fuel filter replacement located at the exterior, and under the vehicle. Exposed to the elements. Rusted solid. you know (problem) you do nothing, contact customer, inform. Same scenario when assessing my expansion valve fused to evaporator. How much time do you need for that assessment? You have the right to charge whatever you like. That also comes with a price! I thought you were my go to shop. Here is proof of you taking advantage of me. Disappointed. |
